No there's not, you should not overclock using AMD OverDrive. While it's a nice program, it's still a hybrid-software method that doesn't load your overclock till you get to the OS. But does interface with the BIOS.
I prefer BIOS to begin with, but it's a lot easier bumping the multi while in an OS to push the limit of what a certain voltage will provide you. A lot of times will just get errors in super pi for instabilities instead of entire BSoD's.
