Is the AP-15 still the best option for H70's? Has anything better come out yet?

Pretty much, or the 2150RPM one.

Yate Loon medium/high are pretty good too.

Yeah AP15's are still your best bet.

Great fans, the AP13's are even better if you want more silence and don't mind a ~2C rise in temps

They have higher RPM Gentle Typhoons now (if you don't mind them being louder).
Other than that Noise Blockers are always a great alteranitve to GTs.

Just curious, how much of a difference would you say it is compared to AP15s?
(I run 4x AP-15s in my current case, and if I get a Fractal mini it'd be 5-6)

Hard to explain but I'll try. About 2-3 feet away I can definitely hear the AP15s. Nothing too obvious but in a dead silent room it's noticeable. With my AP14 I can hear them but I can hear my GPU fan more. Basically go with the AP14 if noise is a bigger concern over a few degrees. Go with the AP15 if you want a good balance of performance/noise

Btw I'm using 8 on my rad. It would probably be more quiet if I added a shroud

Dont get NF-P12s for radiators, they resonate pretty badly when put on them. Go with GT's

You and the OP could look into these, same fan design as the GTs but cheaper.

I lost 4c switching from ap-15 push/pull to Delta AFB1212VHE push on a controller They are a tad louder than my ap-15s.

International shipping isn't cheap. Especially when they use UPS 2 Day International....

I bought 6 fans and the estimated shipping cost from FrozenCPU to me which is only a state away was around $10. Which was ground shipping, not International 2 Day.

Overall cost was $105 for 6 GT's.

When talking Ap-14 vs Ap-15, what would the actual difference in temperature be? Are we talking 1-3 C or 6-10C?
