I hate having a lock on my phone but I have deviant friends lol. I was wondering if there is an app or rom that has app locking abilities? I have tried Perfect App Protector and a couple others but all you have to do is go to settings, clear the cache and app data and the lock it broken.

to solve that clear cache problem can't you lock "settings" as well?

You could use Titanium Backup to freeze them. That makes them disappear entirely but then you can defrost (via TiBu again) and it's back with all data.
