The update is 436MB, and can be found in the Updates section of the Mac App Store right now.

2.Apple also releases ios 813 launched and will reduce amount storage needed software update

Apple has just released iOS 8.1.3 for iPhone and iPad devices. The over-the-air update has a number of fixes and improvements, including one that should cut down on the amount of storage needed for future software updates.

I was going to say about the wifi too. it does seem a big buggy yet. Pretty sad really.... :/
