IS there an application or anything I can install on windows to see my secondary device on my primary device?

Its absolutely annoying when I open up firefox or something.. and the app opens on the secondary device that i'm not using.. and I can't use it unless I have to turn on my 2nd device, drag it back over, shut it off and continue my work..

Has any 3rd party developer created something like this yet?

Thanks in advance for any help!

What you can do, which I've had to do on systems that had two displays but now only have one, is to right click on the Task Bar entry and choose "Restore," and then right click and choose "Move" and hold down your arrow key, pointing whichever direction you want the window to move, until it moves back on to the first screen.
