Appraisal: 2x1 Crucial Ballistix

All I know is that they're double sided, and I was told they were the old (?) ones.

I know there is a good and a bad kind, so what are these?

The dual sided ones are the good ones. I'd say $25 shipped.

Wasn't there a bad revision of the double sided ones too though?
I know nothing about RAM, and never followed any of the Ballistix drama.

I don't recall any negativity with the dual sided dimms, just the single sided, which I owned. Crucial stated that both the double sided and single sided dimms were the same when they OBVIOUSLY weren't. The dual sided and single sided dimms were both rated at 2.1v, when in actuality, the single sided ones would croak pretty quickly with anything over 2.05v.
