$70 shipped is definitely fair. I sold mine for the same price a few weeks ago and it was an OEM drive (lacked 3.5" adapter).

I've been using mine for close to three years now and have no desire to upgrade from it, solid enough that $70, used even for it's age and performance, I'd say is very fair.
