First is a reference XFX 6950 full unlock to 6970. Ran it at 950/1425 w/ 1.2V for the time I've had it. I am the second owner. Tested bitcoin mining on it, hits 420 MH/s at 930. Mined for no more than a day total.

Second is an MSI Twin Frozr II OC 6950. Unlocked shaders. Ran at 950/1425 w/ 1.213V for all it's life. First owner. Runs incredibly cool, never went above 73 (in summer) and 67 (in winter). Also hits 420 MH/s at 930.

XFX 6950 full unlock to 6970 - $165 shipped
MSI Twin Frozr II OC 6950. Unlocked shaders - $150 shipped
I'd say along the lines of $110 each. Maybe a tad bit less for the MSI, but in all honesty people are wary of unlocked cards.

Edit:
Updated price for reality.
XFX 6950 full unlock to 6970 - $135 shipped
MSI Twin Frozr II OC 6950. Unlocked shaders - $125 shipped
You guys are way high... I got 145 for mine a lil over a year ago,

I'd say closer to the 100$ range TBH.

I agree with munney. I think you'll have a hard time finding anyone willing to pay over $100 for a 6950 today. I also sold my 6950's about half a year ago for around $150 with full cover waterblocks! With the next generation around the corner, I can't even find buyers for reference 7970's with full cover blocks for $375!

After doing some soul searching I realized that well over a year ago I got $150 for my fully unlocked 6950 with an aftermarket cooler on it.
Damn, prices have really dropped lately

While 6970's may be running $120, these are 6950's. If anything you'd be looking at a price between 6950 and 6970.

I got 80 out of each of mine and it took a WHILE for them to sell.

6970 was an example. Never knew 6950's are worth more.
I was just browsing another forum, this was just posted about half an hour ago:

I have 2 used XFX HD6950's for sale. Will sell together or seperate. Asking price is $100 USD each plus S&H.
I'm gonna say ~$100 +/- shipping.
I would price them at $130 each. this would give you some wiggle room
I'd price them at about $140 shipped each, that can give you some room for negotiation. $260 for both, shipped.
110$ ea. IMHO.
130 or so should be good. Just sold my XFX HD6870 for 110, pretty sure the 6950 would be worth a little more.
