my motherboard, gigabyte p45 ud3p. I have had it about a month and a half.
comes with box and all accessories in their unopened packages.

100 bucks shipped I would think is a ok deal...maybe 90 shipped to someone on your buddy list lol.

Since Gigabyte bases the 3 year warranty off the SN, the new owner will be able to submit an RMA for at least 2.5 years (no receipt required), so $115 shipped sounds about right to me.
