It's an XFX 7800GTX 256 with the stock OC to 490/1300. How much could I get for it and should I include the vf700cuLED or would that have very little influence on price?

About 3/4 of retail. The cooler won't make much difference in the value.

I'd say $375 if it hasnt been abused, $400-425 if you have used it very long
