I have an AM2+ socket and am wondering the difference between the freezer 7 and the freezer 64 other than compatibility and price.
both fit my xfx 8200 mobo socket right?

The current revision of the AC7 Pro (Rev.2) does not have the curved fins that direct airflow down to the VRM's for extra cooling, unlike the first revision (which is what the AC64 Pro appears to be, looking at the pictures). That may be a little detrimental.
The Rev.2 AC7 Pro is compatible with AM2/AM2+/AM3, but it does not blow front->back like Rev.1. It blows up and down.
no difference besides the mount, and prices are different because newegg implements a supply and demand system that raises prices on items if they become popular.
