are all amd boards not really at stated frequencies?

ok i overclocked my processor to 2.7GHz but for it to actually show 2.7 i had to put it to 2.72GHz is it just my board or is it all amd boards(don't give me that ECS SUCKS speech i don't want to hear it i know they aren't the best) here is a screenshot

So... what are you concerned about? Bus speeds will naturally fluctuate a little even idle. This is perfectly normal.
As far as I know they won't always be exact. I think this is the same for all mobo's AMD or Intel but I could be wrong. My CPU-z fluctuates as well but not by that much. Then again, I only up'd my multi and not my bus speed to get my OC. But it's nothing to be really concerned with.

i have no idea what the overclock upped it only has 1 setting in the bios

Yes it's pretty normal. It's not anything to worry about. The difference is the .6 on the bus speed that's why it's just over 2700. The other thing to consider is how accurate CPU-z is at determining the info being reported to it. There will always be differences and in this case it's minor. Btw.... good OC!

Pretty normal
. If it is stable in stress testing and your temps are good on your mobo then I wouldn't worry about it.

I believe it has to with Cpu Spread Spectrum, which allows your system to change frequencies to avoid any form of electro-magnetic interference.
