ware you roaming through windows while the test was running?
because I just did a run and while I was roaming through the HDD I was testing, I got the same kind of dips.
For a single drive, yes, that looks about right, give or take a few MB's

Ignore the lower spikes, as that will most likely be your OS accessing the drive at that *point. (*really need to speel correctly

So you can see that's it's normal just run my Samsung F1 (Storage drive) and get the following scores.

looks normal to me.

access time isnt too bad imo, better than my old drives.

my new drives get 12ms.

Your minimum can be the OS accessing the disk whilst your running HDTune.

This can be virus checker running in the background, Windows Drive Indexing etc..

* Also, your access time will be affected also when the OS is accessing the drive.

There pretty much on the ball, but as in all tests, there is a lot that can affect the overall results, lots of factors that can make the results different, as with ANY test.

The results are a ball point figure and can be interpreted as being accurate.

Run the test 3 times, then take an average out of that to give you an average score.
I run HDTune in safe mode. That way there's no background hdd workload while running it. More accurate that way.
