I have a liquid cooling loop, No push and pull fan arrangement just push.

what is the max safe temps for a AMD 955 and also are these temps ok?

58'C is not an alright temp for 24/7.

Keep it 55'C and below for safe keeping. Try and do push/pull with your cooler.

Those temps are not only high for air cooling but they are extremly high for water cooling. The fact that its at stock makes it even worst. I see you do have a c2 revision so it will run hotter than a c3. I would post these temps in the water cooling section for help to bring your temps down.
