Are these temps normal for a W/C Core i7?

Hello guys!
Here is the W/C loop in my sig rig:

Rad: Swiftech MCR320
Res: Swiftech Micro Res rev.2
CPU: Swiftech Apogee GTZ
Pump: MCP655
Fans: 3x Noctua P12

I have my Core i7 920 overclocked to 4Ghz at 1.27v stable HT on, Turbo off.

These are my typical temps:

Idle: 38C
Load: 65C

Is this normal? Should i be expecting a lower temp from this cpu only loop? Seems like a TRUE could get these temps with my vcore.
This is my first W/C loop.

Thanks for any advice!

Your temps should not be that high. What is your ambient temp?
You may need a reseat on the CPU block. Also, make sure to get all the air bubbles out of the rad.

Those seem like they should be lower, try a cpu block reseat and make sure you got all the air out of the loop.

Remember the I7 runs hot... Mine gets in the low 60's at times too.

Looks normal to me.

happen to have other fans to test on the radiator?

last time i'd read about noctua fans, they're quiet and move some air...
but if there's any sort of resistance (in this case radiator fins) their ability to cool is drastically reduced as they don't have a very good static pressure.

but ya, that's aside from the age-old:
check mounting pressure
check TIM application
check for kinks
check setting on the pump

That's good news... I thought that this was all i was getting in terms of temps.
What are your thoughts on the Noctua fans with my rad? Any good?
I'm using AS5 as the thermal paste. Any alternatives that would be better?

I might dissasemble the whole loop, and look for junk inside it... i'm worried that a little bit of tubing might have fallen into the look when i was trimming it.
What would be the easiest way to take a loop apart without spilling water all over my components...?

I don't have any other fans

Which ones would you recommend for the rad?

The Swiftech rads are optimized for low CFM fans. The fins are not packed as tightly as other rads.
With that said, the S-Flex fans are great for 25mm.
If you want fans with more static pressure, then the 38mm San Ace, Panaflo, or Deltas are a good choice.
i'm at the same range for my TRUE, TR fan in push config, lapped with a bad grease install. This is a significant improvement over stock and only up to about 3.4 ghz atm.

I'm trying to figure out what kind of temps people show on this still rather new hardware before I jump to any conclusions.
my idle for cpu+gpu in one loop: 37/33/32/30 thats with 2 low speed fans pulling, if I set a med speed fan on top to push I see ~2C less (not worth the extra noise).

the 2C less is what I had w/o the gpu block installed... I guess gtx280 is not as hot as one might think.

my load is 60/55/55/55
