ok so i finally got my overclocked 3800+ stable at 2.52. my question is i have the vcore at 1.55 and the ram voltage at 1.95, i was wondering if these are nessary for my overclock? cuz i believe high voltage makes temps higher and after running prime95 for a few hours my temp is like 48.

my oc is 252 x 10 @ 1.55 v
htt at 3
memory is ddr2 533mhz ram at 1.95 voltage timings are at 4-4-4-12.

so could i lower the voltage and still have a stable oc? or are these volts nessasary for the oc i have now?

I would say keep lowering your voltage untill it gets unstable. I think you can use "SysTool" for this.
Just select the Cool'n'Quiet menu and select what voltage you want, and click "Write"

48 is nothing to be worried about.
