I wish I'd never bothered. The game is wall-to-wall horrible. The the gameplay mechanics are broken, the game itself is aggravatingly buggy, and the micropayment model is an egregious and blatant cash-grab.

Sounds like a stinker to me. Micro-Payments for advantage for the lose!

Yeah I played it for abit, the fact you have to make micro payments is pointless, just pick up a copy of Battlefield 2 and be done with it.

But... think of it this way.... Kids are not playing our BF3 and PC gaming is getting funded this way.

Later picked up Vietnam for $6.50.

And I'm quite addicted.

How many of you bothered reading the whole article? The main point is made on the second page. The problem is, you get an advantage over other players by paying, which payments would cost you more than if you bought the game right out.

So its unbalanced unfairly towards rich people.

I played the game the Beta launched. I mean I was so early on the scene, there was only one server online and like 8 people on it. It was funny but because of the glitches, I quit. BC2 Vietnam is way better
