I decided to push my card a little further so I decided to unlock the card. As soon as I edited the cfg file, saved and restarted my card started artifacting immediately upon booting to the desktop. I was curious as to why it did this? I'm assuming it just means my card can't handle unlocking? The reason I'm so confused is that even at stock clocks and voltage or lower it was artifacting. I reversed this and everything is fine now.
