Does anybody know who makes this ASC3 heatsink that comes on EVGA's 7800GTX KO edition?

I am looking to put one on my 7800gs to overclock it further, but didnt know who might make these? Im sure EVGA purchases them from somebody like Zalman, thermaltake, etc......
