Well, you could probably do it a LOT cheaper by not going with frozen CPU, first off. They are reputable, but you pay a MAJOR premium for it. Asetek kits are nice, and I think the quickfit is a cool way of doing things. However, I think that your rig would benefit with a bigger radiator, seeing as your cooling your GFX card and CPU, and Chipset.
That leads me to another issue, you probably dont want to cool your Chipset unless you plan on really overclocking. Typically, I would suggest just buying a nice, big, blue passive heatsink for it. Or if you really want to, try this (http://www.dvhardware.net/review61_SwiftechMCX159.html), as your northbridge is not likely to heat up enough to make it worth the pressure drop the block with put on your system. By adding that chipset block, you are just likely to reduce the cooling performance to your other parts (CPU and GPU).
As far as the top blocks, if your looking at a 1/2" ID kit, probably go with the Apogee, as it seems to really perform with the best of them. A TDX by Danger den is also a good choice. If you are looking for a jet impingement system (where the water is more turbulant but there is less flow) then get a Storm waterblock as they are probably the best jet impingement blocks on the market right now. Since you have a nice 7800, you could splurge on a nice Dangerden NV-78 for upwards of 125 bucks or just get a nice Maze4 and some ramsinks. I personally dont think the NV78 is worth that much but if you have the cash go for it.
As far as pumps, you cant beat the D5 (also called the MCP-655). Its got all the power you need, but only comes as a 1/2" ID.
Frankly, I would go with 1/2" custom kit rather than the one from frozencpu. You will have to do a lot of research but I think it will pay off in the end. To find out more, check out this great thread here:
