I'm having some issues with my P45 TurboTwins2000 I cannot get the system to post at all with DDR2 memory in the first slot i'm using 2 sticks of 2Gig PNY PC2-5300 667.

I've read several posts where people have been having memory problems and i have been messing with the settings in the BIOS but i'm not an expert with this and i cannot get the system to post with either memory stick in slot 1 with several dffernt variations of recommended settings any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Fill in your system specs in your profile.

Have you reset the CMOS yet?

Can you at least boot into bios? If you can, manually set the timing to the recommended timing (of your particular ram) and give it a little bit more voltage see if it helps. But usually DDR2-667 rams won't need more than 1.8-1.9v. Also, make sure the ram ratio jumpers are in the default position.

Also, I have problem with the newer bios, bios version 1.20 works best for me. The newer bios with the "Modify memory for better compatibility" doesn't work for me, I couldn't get a stable oc with anything newer than 1.20.
