Asus AEX550 (ati chipset)
I'd like to set the PCIe frequency in the bios to a static value instead of "Auto". I have no idea what to set it at.

105mhz I find is a good number.
100mhz is the default for it however other people find that bumping it up slightly has a bit of a performance boost.
