ASUS Mobo Problems

Hey all, I bought a few new components the other day, and I slapped them in, seems I did something wrong because the computer isn't booting, posting, nothing, just spinning fans.

I installed the following:

ASUS P5Q Deluxe
Corsair 850TX PSU
Corsair Dominator DDR2 1066 4GB

I turn the PSU on, I get the Power and Reset lights on the mainboard, hit power, all the fans spin, including the graphics card, aside from that, nothing but the whuring of fans, and a blank screen.

Anyone have any ideas, before I start swapping out parts? Is there a jumper in the P5Q I missed? Everything is connected properly.

First of do you get any beeps?
What voltage do you have set for the RAM in the BIOS?
What is the RAM config 2x2, 4x1, etc?

I did state above that it did not POST, I wasn't able to get into BIOS, I wasn't able to do anything but watch fans spin.

Anyways 6 hours later, problem resolved, apparently I had a broken jumper, I've never experienced that before. Just slapped a new one in there, booted right up.
