Asus onboard fan controller

So I heard that my Motherboard has an onboard fan controller

Its the fan profile things in bios?Q-FAN < hasn`t really worked maybe needs software
I use that asus software to control fans?

Try ASUS AI Suite. Has a nice fan controller for Crosshair IV mobo(CPU fan and Chasis fans). May be good for your mobo too.

There was another one with a gray and green theme also by asus
There is cpu Q-fan and system Q-fan.Enable both.
If you want to set what temps it ramps up/down at choose manual.
If you want it to automatically ramp up/down with temps choose standard.

PC Probe? Thats for monitoring(fan speed , voltages , temps)
AI Suite does what Gyro suggested, but under Windows.

yeah it was pc probe
I`l try AI suite

It came on my dvd also.

Set Q fan to normal in both bios and system
then fiddle around in AI suite
