I personally prefer the DFI board. But i'll have to recommend the Biostar t-Power i45 or the Gigabyte UD3P

Gigabyte UD3P, From those two the ASUS. Used to be 200+
+1 for the UD3P, but from the two boards listed, you pretty much have to hope they don't die or come DOA because neither Asus nor DFI are known for their snappy RMA/support.
I had two of those DFI boards take a crap. The VRMs on them get extremely hot even with aftermarket cooling on them, and they eventually failed on 1 of the two boards. The other board had problems with the DIMM slots dieing.

That board also made a very high pitched squealing noise when I ran prime95 on my overclocked Q6600.

I'd just get the UD3P unless you absolutely hate the way it looks. If so then get the ASUS out of those two

It's all good. But to be honest, the two boards i listed are probably the best lga775 overclocking boards made.

I've never even considered BIOstar all the worth looking at.

Asus's rma and tech support isn't real great. Boards are solid though. some bad bios issues here and there.

DFI never had one but cousin had one they are great overclockers. Love the color layout on this one.

Asus seems to have a better power grid though as it has the 16-Phase Power and the "Express Gate ~ 5 Secs from Bootup to Online". Now i really don't believe that though, 5 seconds is a bit far fetched in my book.
I'd get the Asus. They're more reliable than DFI

5 second boot time would be amazing...

Asus is pretty reliable compared to DFI...(saying DFI is not as reliable as Asus)
