ASUS P4P800SE, good S478 motherboard?

I am going to upgrade my system a little bit untill christmas and wondering if this is a good motherboard....

I used the P4P800-VM for a year, worked great, didn't really OC on it, but ASUS is a great brand, you shouldn't have any trouble with the SE
