Asus P5K3 Deluxe/WiFi-AP with Raid

Well, it's pretty simple:
Do I need to buy an extra RAID controller before I can use my Raptor's in Raid, or is it standard intigrated, I know it said Supports Raid 0 and Raid 1, but I need to be sure.

You'll have to download the drivers and F6 drivers from Intel's site and use the ICH9-R in order to create a RAID array.

And you can also use the rest of the unused SATA ports for storage of any kind, such another hard drive or an optical drive.

Although I bought two Pioneer SATA drives and both failed, so I'm back to PATA but when they worked in the SATA along with the RAID, it worked fine.

You're going to have to choose which OS you're going to use them under.
