Which should I go with? I originally wanted the Asus p67 Pro but I am sick of waiting for it to come back in stock and I could have the Asus p67 Sabertooth mobo here on Tuesday from Amazon. Price difference does not really matter much to me (~$20).

I plan on running a i5 2500k trying to hit 4.5ghz and SLI GTX 570's. I only have 1 optical drive and 1 hard drive and use wired internet which is one of the main reasons I want one of these Asus p67's because of the Intel ethernet.

The only real misgiving I have against the sabertooth p67 is that the thermal armor will increase the temps and shorten the life of the motherboard.

The Pro. It overclocks better and is cheaper.

The thermal armor is a gimmick that provides no benefits (and to your point, can trap heat).

NCIX has it in stock BTW (the B3 version)

Thanks, thats what I thought. I am just sick of waiting for the Pro to come back in stock. I have all the parts for my new build besides the motherboard sitting in my room for a week now because I was hoping the Pro would be back in stock.

I am considering going with the Gigabyte p67 UD4 but it does not have the Intel ethernet. Does that really make a difference for gaming (latency, throughput, etc) or not? The Gigabyte lacks the EFI Bios also though....

No sadly I do not. I go to school in the UP of Michigan so I am pretty secluded from any quality computer parts stores.

Thanks I am looking in to ordering from them. It would be $228 with shipping. For $12 more I could just go with the deluxe instead. No one has the deluxe in stock either though
.

Nevermind I cannot order from NCIX because they do not accept US credit cards.

Can't you order from NCIX US?

I upgraded from the Pro to the Deluxe (I had the old revision Pro and elected to sell it rather than go through the RMA process).

Both boards are stellar.

I actually bought the deluxe for the USB 3.0 breakout box provided (my case had no provision for front USB 3.0 ports).

Go for the pro or if you want a little bit more features and a little more bling then go with the evo.

When I went to checkout it stated that NCIX does not accept US credit cards and I would have to use paypal but I do not use paypal. I have until Monday or Tuesday to order (so it comes by the weekend) so I will just watch amazon, tigerdirect, and newegg like a hawk and grab a p67 deluxe if they come back in stock.

I am kicking myself because a reputable amazon third party seller had a asus p67 pro for $220 last week that I hesitated on and missed...

Pro, Evo, or deluxe!
They will all oc simular

I had a go with the extreme oc function and it gave me 4.944GHz

But that was a bit too extreme for me! So now I'm running a nice cool 4.5GHz

50c in games

Hard to do when all the parts for my new build are sitting 3ft from me and I have waited almost 2 weeks since ordering my parts. I am thinking of just saying screw SLI and go with the Asus p67 vanilla board. It does not have the Intel ethernet but everything else is the same.
