Hey I have a (sort of) noobish question...Here it is:
If i plug a PCIE x1 card into my mobo (sig rig-p7p55d) will it cause my primary pcie x16 slot to operate in 8x mode? The board has 2 pcie x1 slots but the top one is covered by my graphics card.

thanks! i was just worried cus i remember seeing some of the gigabyte boards would do that (back when i was shoppin out boards for my rig)
