Does anyone have this particular motherboard?

Not evo, not deluxe, etc... just plain P7P55D?
If you do, what are your thoughts on it?
I read a lot of good reviews about it but would like to hear from someone.
I plan on i5, 2 x 2gb ram, overclocking and possibly dual gfx cards ( i know its x16 and x4 on dual gfx cards)
