Asus Rampage Extreme not Booting

I have an Asus Rampage Extreme that will not boot at all. I have tried resetting my bios and still did not boot. When i push the power button the lights flash and the fans spin for a few seconds then stop. I get the code PWR_OFF on the lcd poster. It all started happening after i went to change some of my OC settings tried to restart and then all of this. the lights on the board stay on when it is plugged in.

Try to flip the switch on your PSU to off and wait for the lights on the board to go out and flip it back on and restart, does the same thing happens then?

If it does, try the same but before you turn it on, reset cmos first and if it boots into bios load default bios setup, if no boot into bios, check all wiring to the board and try again.
Recommend running Memtest86 for 8-12 hours. If Memtest fails reduce or underclock your RAM and set to factory timings and voltage just to see if you can get to the desktop. Also, make sure they are in the right slots (refer to MB manual).
I did some research about what the lcd poster code pwr_off means and i guess it is corrupted bios. Does anyone know if Asus will send me two new bios chips for this fix?
do you think it would be possible to try and reflash your bios? or does this mean the chips are spent? idk just tryin to help.

or try to jump it?
OP: It all started happening after i went to change some of my OC settings tried to restart and then all of this. the lights on the board stay on when it is plugged in.

And you don't think is relevant?

Anyway, good luck with the ""bios chips" theory.
albatross i think it is relavent totally i had a problem where i couldnt open setup or ANYTHING cause of clocking my ram it would start up and freeze on post. but i jumped my mobo and left out my cmos battery and it fixed the problem. try that... if you can try to maybe reflash your bios that could work to. wait for some replys on this post first cause im not POSITIVE so maybe get a second opinion first from a more experienced member but it wouldnt hurt to try taking the cmos battery off of the mobo or/ and try jumping your mobo.
I pulled my cmos battery over night and had no power to the computer. tried it again this morning and still got the same thing. My board has duel bios, theoretically i should be able to jump to bios2 and everything should be fine even if an OC went sour but i get the same result i still get pwr_off.
I got a hold of Asus support and i got them to send me 2 new bios chips instead of having to send my mobo to them. I figured it would be corrupted bios but i don't know how they would have gotten corrupted
