Hello everyone,

I tried to look through the various posts but I did not find anything specific about my little problem.

I have a motherboard Asus Rog Strix B350 F gaming with a Ryzen 2600 processor overclocked to 3.9ghz., here some parameters:

The Ram I have is this: https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-3200c16d-16gsxfb

I tried using the dram calculator as well as the Asus DOCP profiles, however I can only get it to 3000Mhz c16. I set the timing as indicated by the dram calculator for frequencies at 3200 but it does not work, I have to reduce the frequency to 3000 to work (the timing remains set), otherwise I get BSOD at boot.

Does anyone who has the same RAM on the same chipset know the parameters for timings / voltage in order to make it go to 3200? or... I can live with the ram at 3000 instead of 3200 but in this case does anyone have the right timings for this speed?

In terms of performance how much could I earn if I could increase the frequency to 3200? or to tighten timings for 3000?

Thank you!

I can only guess - not much difference between 3k to 3.2k ram speed. Prolly like raising your cpu oc 50 MHz more.

I tested 2666 vs 3200 ram speed on my Ryzen 1600 and the results were 1327 vs 1344 in C15 multi
