RAM - http://s12.postimg.org/pc0fr91ul/image.png
MB - http://s22.postimg.org/x4f3w0zw1/image.png

PSU OEM-ATX-500W-E1 12V(18A), 5V(36A), 3.3V(28A).
CPU Fan Foxconn 2ZQ99 049 idle temp 32°C full load 62°C, today I put Arctic Cooling MX-2.

My questions:
Can I OCing CPU stable with this configuration on 2.7,2.8,2.9 or 3.0GHz or I shouldn't do it?
Does my current AUTO CPU Frequency and Voltage settings in BIOS stable or I should change it?

for a general daily use pc, a couple of hundred mhz aren't going to give you any significant results that you will notice.

you have a stock amd heatsink which won't handle a lot of oc'n. then once the changes are made, you have to stress test
for extended periods to check stability. if you don't there is always a possibility of os file corruption.
