Athlon II 240 overclocking advise

Ok I have it set at 215mhz x14 right now just above 3ghz I have a stock cooler. What should I set it at? and is Cinebench good for testing temps?

Can't really recommend overclocking much more than what you have due to the heatsink and motherboard you are using.

As far as testing temps Prime95 is pretty much the industry standard.
