What PSU is it? Two 16A rails for a 650W sounds pretty fishy, I'd guess it's not a very good PSU. If you had a good PSU, 30A on the 12V is the minimum I like to see with a dual core and a 4870, and 35A would be better. But I doubt your PSU will be up to the task.

Yeah it's only an Atrix one.
BTW The OCZ has 4x 18a on 12v not 30a minimum & that's not a bad one lol.

30A minimum would be the combined 12V rating. And which OCZ are you referencing? The 600W SXS and GXS are rated for 44A combined on the 12V, so yes they would be suitable. So would the 500W SXS with 34A on the 12V.
