ok so i have my ati xpress mobo and i want to know if i can put a nvid card in it... is it possible or will there be a conflict

Its possible. All you have to do is go into your BIOS and disable the onboard graphics. Then in Windows, use DriverCleanerPro to erase any traces of ATI Catalyst drivers, and then you're set to go.
