Auzentech Prelude w/out digital out

Ok, so apparently my Prelude's digital out decided that it wants to become completely distorted all of a sudden. The analog (7.1 green, black, orange, grey, etc.) still work great and sound wonderful, however the digital optical/coax sounds horrible.

If Auzentech doesn't RMA then I'll be selling it at a large discount. Anyone that runs analog headphones/speakers will find this sound card to be quite a steal, as it sounds amazing. What do you guys think?
