Average cost of various cooling methods?

I'm writing a paper for a class and was wondering what a ballpark $ estimate would be for a GOOD...

water cooled system
phase change system
dry ice system
liquid nitro system

or any other cooling methods...

by system I just mean the cooling system not the entire computer itself

Also... other than water, how are these methods set up (safety precautions? basic set-up guide?)

The system is the entire computer.....

For just the CPU and using mostly :
Water: $150-200
Bong: $150-220 (DIY bong)
TEC: $300-400
Phase: $300-800 (custom built)
DICE: $100-200 (short runs)
LN2: $100-200 (short runs)

Water can go up to 400$, but generally stops around 325. People will pay more for something they feel is more safe.

no he means just for a overclock and a test. No one in their right minds would want to pay for 24/7 LN2/Dice.

he probably left out air cooling because it is a low one time fee and is the norm
