nero would probably suffice in just making backup copies and burning them... sometimes the copies will work normally without any more work, sometimes they wont... in those cases, you can simply visit a site dedicated to fixed exes and use those
you can also use programs like alcohol 120%, game jackal, etc. to backup your games, create mini images that can be mounted instead of having use the games original cd/ dvd, etc.
