I've just set up a 3 x 320GB RAID0 array, and I want to make a backup of it, like I do with any new OS install. I've installed all drivers, programs etc, and regained as much space as I can. I usually use Image for DOS, but would this be possible to back up the array? Also, if I lose a drive, and replace it with another 320GB drive, restore the array, would I be able to use that same backup to restore the array using this new drive?

I think Arconis TrueImage would work better for you, but it should work fine. And if you lose a drive you will have to replace it not with just another 320GB disk to restore an array but with a drive that has a matching model number as different 320GB drives can be slightly different in size or architecture and to effectively restore a damaged array from a backup you will want to use identical drives. But yes, it should work as well.
