Ban "In store only" ads from the online deals section.

Isn't the whole purpose of that section to point out deals on things that you can order online? If that's not the case, then just rename it to "Good deals".

That's a good idea. I would hate to otherwise miss out on a deal ommitted because it wasn't online.

I believe it's fine the way it is. I like to get notified of great deals at Microcenter or Fry's. Heck, how many people would know about Microcenters 199.99 i7 920 deal if it was Online only?
