Bandwidth Monitor

Hey guys I'm looking for a bandwidth monitor for my internet usage to keep track on a monthly basis. I'm currently using Analogx Netstat but, it's KBps reporting seems to be off, although the total amount of downloaded and uploaded data it reports seems to be accurate. Anyone else using similiar software? I want to be sure about the information that's being reported so I just wanted to see if you guys use any other programs that you really trust. Thanks!

I use Bigpond side bar gadget but thats from my ISP... so its unlikely to help you.

Having said that, have you looked for something from your ISP?

Before I found the aforementioned gadget, I found most of the gadgets a little flaky and inaccurate.

Im sure someone here has found one that works well. Good luck

Consider this a free bump

Thanks sethy, yeah my ISP has yet to release active monitor in real time. I can check my bandwidth from comcast through my account but it's on a three hour delay. That not too bad, but when you want something, you want something. You know?

Yeah mine doesn't either. Mine is a 24 hour delay, updated at midnight only daily

My experiences with free ones was that they were imprecise. Sorry

Just as a thought...

Before i found the Bigpond gadget (updates every 30 mins), I used a web link to my ISP account's billing page. They have a usage graph there.

It was a pain with passwords etc but it was live - no delay.

Perhaps your ISP has something similar... to tide you over.
