What would be the best bang for the buck GPU right now for sub 200$?
New/used/recert/ob doesn't matter to me really, obviously a warranty is preferable though. I plan to have watercooling of some sort for at least the core of the GPU.

Refurb GTX 560Tis can be had under $200. Think there was one in the deals section for $170 from the 'egg.

*edit*

our rigs are long lost siblings

Well a used GTX 480 would come around 200$ and its performance is really good if you can look past the power consumption and heat

EVGA's warranties and customer service are, in my experience, pretty legendary.

As above suggested you're probably looking at a GTX 560/560Ti or a Radeon 6950 if you are buying new. Grobinov's suggestion is definitely worth considering though, 480's can be picked up really cheap these days and are still very powerful cards, but they also run very hot!

check the for sale section here, there are 560's for about 200.

and the best part is most people here upgrade their GPU's much earlier than the warranty period so they're still covered for 1-2 years after.
