Only if you buy good, expensive ram and a mb that will overclock well past 400 mhz. fsb. The smart thing from a value/budget perspective is to buy a 333 mhz processor but get an inexpensive mb rated at 400 mhz fsb and reasonably priced DDR3200 ram and then overclock the processor to match the board and memory capability.
