Amd athlon xp 2800+ barton Oc'ed to 2125mhz 333FSB
DDR333 1 gb (2x512) CL3 Samsung
GeForce 6800 GT Oced 400MHz and 1.11 ghz
sound blaster audigy 2 Value
Demon 480WATT: 3.3v - 28A , 5v - 38A , 12V - 17A

is there a way i can up mhz but still staying stable
i have gotin it to hit 2195Mhz by uping the FSB (used nvidia system utility)

You can loosen your ram timings more but really there is only one way to find out. Have you tried overclocking it higher? Upping the voltage? Temps ok to do anymore?

i tried uping it to xp 3200+ speeds 2.2 ghz but temps went to high like 60C

Well then you know what you have to do if you are having a temp problem. Get more cooling. Fans, new heatsink, whatever. Its not good to be over 55*C.
i dont know why this computer runs hot it has a 120mm fan in the back an 80 on an aluminum with a coper base heat sink an 80 in the from and an 80 on the side (all light up blue)
oc it usin bios the NSU isnt the best wasy to oc
