Batman AC QA_APPROVED_BUILD Error!

Well this is annoying... I am at the part in the game where Batman returns the blood to Mr Freeze, when I defeat him I get this error shown in the screenshot below.
I have googled the error and a number of people have the same problem with no obvious fix. So far I have tried...

-Veryfied Game Cache through Steam
-Reinstall
-Update DirectX
-Disabled PhysX and DX11

I would appreciate some help here!

Install 314.xx whql drivers. I had CTD's with my GTX 570 until I did that last week. Might also want to bump up your GPU core voltage if your card is a OC version.

Playing SR3/4 now I had to kick mine up to 1050mv.
