This game will be coming to pc soon, and being that it is going to be cheap, I will most likely get it.
But I want to know what you, the blessed xbox 360 owners who have been playing it since august think of it? Specially if you have played other bf games. Is it a lot of fun, or is it a overly simplified version of 1942?

I haven't played it on xbox360 but I did play it on PS3 and it was definitely a battlefield experience and I am also looking forward to playing it on PC!!
One of the main differences I noticed from Battlefield 2 (Never played 1942) is that you have unlimited ammo. You still have to reload, but you never run out of ammo. Grenades and other explosive weapons have a timer before you can use them again so you can just spam those the whole time. It's still a pretty fun game though, although it's a little laggy on XBL, but I'm sure that would be fixed with a PC release.
I loved the game but its really doesnt last long with other games like MW2 out there. Definitely worth 10 bucks but dont expect too much more value than that.

Are you saying no is playing it on live any more? And it only costs $10?
I've been playing it on PS3, but I don't think they're different enough for my opinion to be worthless
I think it's very fun. I paid $15 on release, idk if it's still $15 or $10 (sounds like you guys said it's $10 on XBL), but I think it was well worth the $15. It's only got a couple maps and it's not super-packed on features (no weapon customization, only a few classes, no perks or things like that, etc), so it's not like it's a $60 game or anything. But it's definitely worth $15 (to me). If you like the Battlefield series' style of gameplay, that is.
