Can i hook up my Logitech 5500s to my reciever for my home audio system? I think I read somewhere that I can't, and somewhere I read I could... anyone care to answer?
Sure you can. Does it have an optical out? If it does, just feed that into your 5500s. If it doesn't, you can still hook them up using an rca to headphone adapter, but you can only hook up the front channel.
Speakers are speakers, just be careful that you plug into the right outputs. If you try to hook them up via the speaker output terminals on the receiver, then you could blow out the 5500's. However, if you do what Sccr said, then you'll have a good speaker setup for your home theater.
