I bought this monitor 2 days ago so its still new but i noticed when looking at the screen from the top a strange white spot is visible(only on black,gray,blue etc backgrounds).Does anybody know what it is? http://imgur.com/zuBYWl5

Ah, sounds like you lost the uniformity lottery, unfortunately.
That's a pretty serious uniformity defect. One of my VG248QE's were like that except the lightness extended in a horizontal band across the whole screen but wasn't as big of a deal as the picture you have, as it was most obvious on a completely black or grey screen. That's pretty bad. I would RMA it.
Can you still return the monitor? I would not accept something like that.
