I've been fixed on getting the Samsung T2410 for the past week now but this review has put me off of it;

I want a 24" monitor with a 1200x1900 resolution, the best image quality possible for general computer browsing and gaming and no digital TV functions.

So what should I get?

Oh and I will be using an ATI 4870 1GB as a graphics card by the time I buy the monitor (tomorrow hopefully).

Acer owns face for LCD quality & cost. Pick up one of their 1920x1200 and you'll be happy!

Do you want 1080P or 1900x1200? (1080P is 1900x1080).

Yeah, sorry. I meant to say 1900x1200.

1920x1200 is the 24" native res, you can also set it at 1080 if you want. I say go for one of the newer 24" sammies. The monitor I own is also great.
Acer +++. I own 2 of their 24'' models, have DVI HDMI and VGA, and an amazing 2ms response time. I would defiantly recommend 1.
